After decades of running businesses and managing thousands of pay checks, Ron and Kayling Gaver saw the financial gaps the two week pay cycle created for their employees. Workers consistently asked for wage advances between paydays. While they always obliged, it complicated their payroll processes and created major headaches for Kayling.
So they went

But came up empty
Every option they found either 1) outright denied them because of employee count, or 2) required clunky integrations that just caused more headaches. They lacked transfer transparency on paystubs, or often required astronomical monthly fees that made it impractical for their business to even offer earned wage access.
So they built it
