A New Integration Hurdle
Gym Management Services wanted to help their team members access their pay early when needed, but they had some concerns. Their HR team was already stretched thin, and they were contemplating a change to their payroll systems. “Anecdotally, we have heard our people are commonly using it for groceries, bills,” said Shara. “Sometimes your car payment is due on the 17th and payday is on the 20th and you need a little extra to avoid a late fee.”
